Thank you Peter! Could you confirm protocol is equally valid for women? Lots of conflicting info out there on benefit intermittent fasting; diet; other, male/ female. Top 5 (or 10) for women would be fab. Thank you!! 🙏
Hi, if you have joint problems or are concerned about muscle loss, it’s a good idea to take HMB along with colostrum and a small dose of hyaluronic acid. Read this recent study: “Combined Effects of a Low-Dose Multitarget Supplement (Ca HMB, CBP, and HA) on Delaying Musculoskeletal Aging.” https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlelanding/2026/fo/d6fo00352d
The only downside is that you'll have to mix the supplements yourself—they're inexpensive—because no company is selling them. Buy a scale that measures down to 1 milligram, and you're all set. Please read the Chinese study in its entirety; you'll see that it's sound science and isn't proprietary. Good luck.
This is all great, but honestly who can afford let alone find how these things can be obtained. Love you Peter, but man I don't have access to these tools . . or maybe I'm mistaken.
Women are recommended so many different things at 40-odd that I started ignoring it and pretending I'm 27 to trick myself. I dont know if I should take collagen or oestrogen or a double Gin....
Suerte.

The molecules themselves are commodity-priced now. NMN runs $30-50/month on Amazon, resveratrol under $20, metformin is $4/month generic. What costs money is the branded stack (Tru Niagen, Lifeforce panels, the $2k/year quarterly blood work). Sinclair's actual compounds are cheaper than most people's coffee habit; the "protocol" packaging is what carries the premium.

I thought fasting was the thing which cleared senescent cells, in the skin and the brain... am I getting that wrong?
Also I rely entirely on vitamin C to counteract *all* my terrible habits, as someone once said to me the signs of ageing are prettyuch identical to scurvy!
Thanks Peter, I love your writings and the information therein! However, in the explanation of your daily protocol you did not mention dosages, which is obviously critically important.
The dosages are buried in the section headers: 1g NMN and 1g resveratrol daily for David, both in the morning. Worth noting resveratrol needs fat for absorption, which is why he mixes it with olive oil or yogurt, and NMN timing matters since NAD+ cycles with circadian rhythm. Afternoon dosing can disrupt sleep for some people.
Great information, thanks! Can you provide the form of Niacin you take? Any specific brand(s) on supplements? Where do you get your peptides, considering Quicksilver Scientific but would like to know what you like?
Appreciate the transparency and knowledge sharing as always Peter. You and your team @Moonshots are the lighthouse for my mindset and focus. Best compliment I can give.

If you find out or meet a woman with a peptide stack, will you seriously please let me know? Because right now it seems like it's just tech bros.
🤣😂

I don't think we have them in UK, and I've never heard of that regime for gals. I rely on Vitamin C, dandelion and forgetting to eat 🙄
Vitamin C is important for tissue regeneration due to the role it plays in collagen formation, and its antioxidant properties.

Thanks that is really helpful 🌱

I love David Sinclair’s work, but he really needs to eat a steak or two!

Resveratrol and pterostilbene used to be my staples but after looking at the science I am not convinced it's any useful
My lifestyle and diet are nearly identical to Sinclair's and my sleep pattern to Peter's. Many supplements, and looking more into peptides.

Thanks again!!!

Sorry. There is way too much wishful thnking mixed with some practical advice. So, it’s confusing.
But, you know, keep updating your spreadsheet obsessively.
Then you’ll die. It’s what makes living special.
Excellent Peter, what is the low dose of zepbound that you and David take on Sundays?
Thanks, Stan Self MD
Just wondering if you feel good physically after all of that.
This is simply priceless! What a gift to share. Thank you both. Now the hard part, implementation.
Can anyone site the 1,000+ participant clinical trial/s that show that nattokinase actually reduces arterial plaque. I can't find them.

Well researched Peter. You have inspired me to investigate Peptides🥀
